The Freelance Film is an ongoing journey into the lives of people who chose freelancing, shaping careers on their own terms. This documentary is in production as we continue filming, planning, and casting freelancers at different stages in their careers. Through powerful stories, we explore the challenges, breakthroughs, and personal growth that come with embracing the freelance path. From starting out to reaching new levels of success, each story shows a unique way of finding fulfillment in a freelance career.

Our goal is to inspire those who are thinking about freelancing and provide insights from those who have walked the path. Success is unique to each person, and this film celebrates that diversity.

Latasha James: Co-Producer, Marketing Strategist, and host of the Freelance Friday Podcast. With her extensive social media presence and expertise in freelance marketing, Latasha brings fresh perspectives to the documentary.

 

Jose: Co-Producer and Director, with over 15 years in video production, working on films, documentaries, and commercial projects. Jose has also been active in marketing since 2018, helping clients tell impactful stories.
